《火炬木小組》（Torchwood）是一部由拉塞爾•戴維斯（Russell T Davies）創(chuàng)作，由約翰•巴洛曼(John Barrowman)與伊芙•邁爾斯(Eve Myles)主演一部科幻電視劇。它講述的是位于加迪夫(Cardiff)的虛構(gòu)的火炬木研究院第三分部的故事�；鹁婺狙芯吭旱闹饕�工作是研究超自然現(xiàn)象和外星事物。　它由英國廣播公司威爾士分部（BBC Wales）制作，其電視劇組組長朱利•加德納（Julie Gardner）同戴維斯一起作為該劇執(zhí)行制片人。作為英國長壽科幻電視劇《神秘博士》（Doctor Who）的衍生劇，兩部電視劇之間有著密切的聯(lián)系。



為此科幻劇配樂的是Murray Gold 和 Ben Foster。Murray Gold 最著名的作品莫過于 Doctor Who 的原聲配樂，美妙的音樂已成為這個成功劇集不可缺少的元素。他的作品有獲得 BAFTA 提名的Vanity Fair 配樂，獲得 RTS 大獎的 Queer as Folk 配樂。Murrary Gold 已經(jīng)成為目前在電視制作領域最成功的曲作者了。
