堪稱繼皮雅芙(edith piaf)后最為世人熟知的法國女歌手，派翠西亞凱絲(patri cia kaas)發(fā)行第七張個人大碟。1988年發(fā)行個人首張專輯《小姐唱歌》(mademoiselle chante…)，patricia以其獨特的嗓音，擄獲法語系國家樂迷的心。在她十五年的歌唱生涯中，唱片總銷售量突破1500萬張，吸引全球近100萬歌迷參與其800場演唱會，并屢獲法國音樂獎(victoire de la musique)及摩洛哥世界音樂獎‘年度最佳藝人’、‘年度最佳專輯’、‘海外最受歡迎法國藝人’等大獎肯定。



2002年patricia kaas更將觸角深至大銀幕，在法國新浪潮名導演claude lelouch 執(zhí)導的《and now ladies & gentlemen…》中擔任女主角獻出螢幕處女作，并在片中飾演女歌手，隨片發(fā)行的專輯《piano bar》中除收錄電影插曲，patricia更重新演繹多首膾炙人口的法國香頌。
