Few of her high school classmates even knew Xenia could sing – until now. The young artist from Temecula, California also plays the guitar, harmonica and piano by ear. The middle child in a family of five, Xenia draws strength and inspiration for her music from her family and from what she sees and hears in her daily life.
I've always been the quiet girl," she says. "For a long time, not even my best friend knew that I loved to sing. I keep things to myself a lot, so I think if my school saw me it'd be like, 'Whoa, I didn't know she was a singer or she liked music.'
"She took the stage to sing The Script's song "Break Even." Her performance impressed Cee-Lo Green and Blake.
